I've found that the Forever C9 works really well for me because it's quick (I hate waiting months to see results) and it's healthy. Also I don't want to lose muscle, I only want to lose fat else I don't look too good! So the high protein aspect of C9 is great for that. I also found that as I reached middle age my metabolism was slowing down and I was gaining weight in spite of eating healthily and staying fairly fit. The C9 seemed to boost my metabolism and made it go up a gear if that makes sense.
I also feel like I've had an internal spring clean after doing the nine days which is fab. Yes, the first two days are a bit tough but I far prefer that to spending endless months watching what I eat. Jo.

Forever C9 Results

C9 Takes nine days
C9 is the kick start.
Two days of cleansing using the aloe juice, protein shake and raw fruit and veggies followed by seven days of more aloe juice, high protein, healthy balanced meals with supplements to help fire up your metabolism and help stabilize blood sugar and help you feel full.

No, as this is a cleanse it's best to avoid tea and coffee for the 9 days, but you can certainly have herbal tea.

Do I get to eat any meals during C9?
Yes, on days 3-9 you eat a main meal every day and you will find recipes on the instruction booklet.
